The event will be held at The National Sailing Centre (NSC). Sitting on 2.4 hectares of land off East Coast Parkway, the facilities at NSC includes a large berthing area for boats, a two-storey administration block that houses the Singapore Sailing Federation, a multi-purpose sports hall, canteen and a dormitory

The strategic location of the NSC enables sailors to make full use of the South-West (April-September) and the North-East monsoons (October - March) for year-round sailing.
